With the recent change in COVID-19 legislation, we must now request that all visitors to Skydive the Expo and the AGM provide proof of a currently valid covid pass or a negative lateral flow test within the last 24/48 hours, registered on the NHS COVID-19 App or Government website to gain entry to the hotel and conference centre.
Visitors from outside the UK must provide an approved international equivalent. Visitors with paper copies of the COVID pass or any other approved international equivalent will have to show another form of identification so that the staff checking them can confirm identity.
Evidence will be required when checking-in at either the De Vere Orchard or the De Vere Jubilee hotels, wristbands will be issued by the hotel staff and will be required to be worn throughout the event. Where members go directly to the conference centre on either the Friday or the Saturday, the check will be made by the Eventpro UK team who will issue a wristband.
We kindly request that you ensure that you have the correct information for checking in before you arrive at the venue.
In line with Government guidance, If you do not meet the requirements, the responsible person is legally required to deny you entry to the venue.
To avoid delays access to the Expo will be through the main doors only, to speed up entry there will be 2 cordoned routes for those that have a wristband and those that do not. Masks will be required to be worn in the Seminar rooms and Theatre as well as whilst transiting through the Conference Centre unless exempt.
We are continually monitoring the Government guidance and the current restrictions may be subject to change at short notice. For further information please check the official Government guidance.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.
